may cause seat to separate from base

Seat could separate from base in high

In a crash, crack may form at front of

seat causing child to not be properly

restrained. Call: 800-233-5921 for a re-

inforcement kit. Children weighing less

than 40 lbs should use a different seat

until repaired. Those weighing more

than 40 lbs may continue to use the

seat as a booster until repaired.

Booster Seats

Big Kid Model 30911173AD,

3091967AD, 30911118AD & 30911120D.

Problem: Small number of seats intend-

ed for display were incorrectly shipped

to institutional customers. Seats were

shipped between 8/6/12-9/18/12.

Affected units have a label stating:

“DISPLAY ONLY” NOT INTENDED FOR

SALE, on the back of headrest. These

units meet all crashworthiness stan-
