separate bases. Note: Until repaired install

injury. Inspect seat: Take empty seat

& pull on harness adjuster strap to

fully tighten harness. Next, pull on both

shoulder straps without lifting/pressing

harness release lever. If straps loosen,

immediately stop using seat & call: 888-

473-2290 for replacement. If harness straps

stay tight continue using seat. Problem #2:

All models made pre-12/18/07. Harness

can disconnect from harness connector

(splitter plate) as child is taken in/out of

seat. In crash, unsecured child can be in-

jured. Call: 800-873-2276 for rubber caps

to close gap allowing harness to discon-

nect. Problem #3: all models made pre-

9/17/07. Forward-facing shoulder belt

guide (previously called lock-off) may not

prevent some older style (ELR) seat belts

from loosening. Call: 800-873-2276 for

locking clip in this consumer advisory

campaign.

Signo Problem #1: All models made
